What the agreement says
- Who counts
- Anyone who appears on a schedule: officers, dispatchers, firefighters, medics and civilians you schedule. Supervisors and administrators who only build, approve and administer are free.
- Billing
- Annual, invoiced to the agency. Purchase orders are accepted. A multi-year agreement holds the rate for its term.
- Minimum
- $2,100 a year, the price of 25 people. A department with fewer than 25 scheduled people pays the 25-person price.
- Onboarding
- $1,500 one time. We set up your units, shift templates, minimums, positions and rotations, import people, balances and certifications from CSV, and train supervisors and administrators in two sessions. Waived for founding agencies that sign through 2027.
- Larger agencies
- $6 per person per month from 300 scheduled people. Above 1,000, talk to us.
- Your data
- Yours. Payroll, leave, certifications and the audit log export on request, during the agreement and at its end.
