Information you provide
When you request a demonstration, we collect your name, work email, agency, role, areas of interest, and any optional message. We use that information to respond, arrange a walkthrough, and discuss whether the product fits your agency. Please do not submit personnel records, badge numbers, case information, or other sensitive operational data.
Hosting and security information
Our hosting providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, request times, and error information. The website does not currently include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Spam-prevention records are used to limit repeated form submissions.
Who receives it
Demo requests are available to the Scheduling Concepts team and the service providers that host the website, store requests, and deliver notifications. We do not sell demo-request information.
Our marketing website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you submit a demo request, Formspree processes the form and delivers it to our support mailbox. Those providers may process information internationally. You can review Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Formspree’s privacy policy for their practices.
Retention and your choices
We keep information as needed to handle your inquiry, maintain relevant business correspondence, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete your inquiry information, or stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected]. Some information may remain in backups or records we must retain.
