Security

Clear access. Accountable changes.

Understand the controls built into Scheduling Concepts and the work still required before a production rollout.

Access based on responsibility

Role and unit permissions limit who can view and change records. Supervisor access follows the units an administrator assigns.

Individual accounts and sign-in protection

Accounts use individual invitations and protected passwords. Optional authenticator verification and recovery codes are available. Sign-in attempts are rate limited.

A durable record of decisions

Scheduling changes and approvals write to an audit log. Database protections prevent ordinary application access from editing or deleting audit and bank-history entries.

Deployment readiness

AWS is the selected hosting platform. Account setup does not mean production hosting is complete. Infrastructure deployment, operational monitoring, and recovery verification must be completed before agency onboarding.

An honest view of current limits

Independent security assessment is still pending. Single sign-on, emailed password recovery, and agency-wide mandatory MFA are not currently available.

Review before rollout

Scheduling Concepts does not currently claim CJIS or SOC 2 certification. We will work through the agency’s security and deployment requirements before using real personnel data.
